The Supply List

FOR YOUR PAINTING ENJOYMENT... (click highlighted words to get to supplies on amazon)

  • 20”x 20”canvas, or larger square canvas (I always use the “gallery wrapped”canvas)
  • Small, medium and large brushes for use with acrylic paints (I use a pack of really cheap brushes.)
  • Acrylic paints (primary red, primary yellow, white, burnt umber, red oxide, cerulean blue, magenta, alizarin crimson))
  • Spray water bottle
  • Artist palette (I use meat trays. Paper plates work as well)
  • Paper towel or a rag.
  • Water and water container
  • Gold leaf
  • Fun, patterned paper (Origami Paper is fun or this set of patterned paper...whatever lights you up!)

A Garnet & a Ruby from Shama Mama!

I was also shown a really beautiful and powerful visual. It's difficult to explain, but I was shown the crystal floating up to the third eye of the Buddha. It would kind of 'snap' into place like a piece to a puzzle, deeply connecting the artist to their Buddha. I was also shown the stone being used by your students around the world with the intention of connecting one each other. In the vision that was shared with me, the stones acted as a peg or pillar to secure a line to. The line would then go out to another student, attach to their peg, and then move on to another student. I was given a birds eye view, and what I saw was a beautiful sort of giant dream catcher connecting your tribe. SO beautiful!!!!!

Ruby

Ruby carries the frequency of the enlightened base chakra. It stimulates energy throughout the body, strengthening one’s ability to manifest one’s desires. Ruby is an excellent stone to activate the kundalini. Ruby is known as a prosperity stone. It’s excellent for grounding and can be used to counter spaciness, dizziness, and other symptoms of energetic overload. Ruby is a powerful stone for those who are trying to develop a more loving attitude toward their physical bodies and can be a great help in regulating the metabolism. It can also be a great support for victims of sexual abuse.
