SUPPLY LIST
- One "large" canvas. 24" x 30" is great! A bit smaller or a bit bigger is fine too.
- Acrylic paints (be sure you have red, yellow, blue, white, black, magenta, gold or silver... any other colors are a bonus!)
- Some sort of "crayon" type medium to scribble, write... with on the canvas. Woody's (like here) or Caran d'Ache Water Soluble Pastels (like here), or charcoal.
- Brushes (anything you have for acrylics will work great!)
- Writing Journal
- Comfortable, sacred space where you can receive the guided meditations and sound bath.
