Supplies
All you need is (the same supplies as the Rise Above course) acrylic paints, a 36" x 48" canvas, an art journal, and a writing journal.
Playfulness
While there is "painting instruction," this is not an experience where you will be encouraged to learn to create just like someone else. You will be led through a process that creates space for your OWN, unique creative mark making. Playfulness is the foundation we will build on.
Animal Allies
We will connect you to the vast network of allies, including animals, that are constantly surrounding you & offering guidance. The OWL is my main animal ally and will help us to explore new inner landscapes to transform & bring new life to your inner world.

Once I submit the form, what happens?
I coach a very small group of people one-on-one. Once I am sure that you are committed to "Rising Above" :) you will be sent a link to enroll in this coaching experience.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Refunds are not available except for "in-studio" ONLINE courses only,.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
