The FIRST element in your Creative Frequency is PAINTING
Paint- acrylic paint in white, black, cerulean blue, magenta, yellow (cadmium yellow med), red, blue (cobalt). I purchase mine from DickBlick HERE.
Acrylic brushes- This is a good set. I do NOT use expensive brushes. Seems to work great!
STRETCHED CANVAS- any kind is great. I love the GALLERY WRAPPED (image above) style because they do not warp, nor do they require framing.
- You will be painting 1. your Rise Above canvas, 2. your Creative Frequency canvas, 3. your Unstoppable Dream Mandala canvas.
- I RECOMMEND GOING BIG for your Rise Above canvas & your main Creative Frequency Canvas. I am using a 36" x 48" canvas for both of these in the video lessons. I ordered a 3-pack from DickBlick.com. We are going to be painting on each of these canvases for the entire 8 months! If you can only have ONE large canvas (for space or budget reasons), use that one for your Rise Above canvas and try to get a 24" x 30" or so for your Creative Frequency.
- Then, you want a SQUARE canvas for the Unstoppable Dream Mandala painting. You will see me paint on an unstretched canvas. You want this canvas to be at least 20"x20". The bigger the better! Michael's often has great sales & I order from DickBlick.com (free shipping!)
Most ALL of the Creative Frequency Lesson Prompts can be explored in an art journal.
Art journal- nice to have one JUST for your training. At least 9”x 12”, I love the Visual Art Journals by Strathmore or the Moleskine A4 series art journal.
Markers- any kind will do.

Watercolors- this is my favorite, 24 color opaque set from Pelikan. And if that is not available, try the same set in a 12-color package HERE.
Brusho Crystal Colours- you have the Art Gypsy Greece course bundled into this training & you will experience some of the lessons in this training curriculum, starting with month ONE. You do not HAVE to use Brushos, but if you are curious and interested in new watercolor inspiration, I HIGHLY recommend them! Click HERE.

I Remember Union (this is a channeled text from Mary Magdalene. I recommend this to anyone who needs some "religion-healing." I swear I am put in an altered state reading this book!) Because of this book I use the word UNION a lot!
The Law of Attraction- When this first book first came out I had just landed my publishing deal, opened a wine bar and an art studio. I would joke with people that I needed to catch up to everything I had manifested! When I finally read this book in 2014 I was blown away by the wisdom and how we can apply this process to our painting practice!
